What a super fun night in the Newport Coast! I was honored to be a recipient of the class of 2014 OC look awards! A super fun night was had by all and the party was full of entertainment ,arts and sports personalities!!! We had so much fun mingling with bravos flipping out, Jeff Lewis and Jenni Pulos, The Real Housewives of Orange County's Gretchen, Slade & The Beadors who hosted the event at their Newport Coast Estate! I'm so grateful to Orange Coast Magazine for another wonderful honor and love hailing from the Sunny OC!

Loving The FOODIE LIFE One Deliciously Decadent, Savory, Ooey, Gooey Bite At A Time! UGHHHH I FREAKIN' LOVE FOOOOD!!!

In An Expression Of Total Love For My Family.. I Re-Created The Most Inane Banana Pudding On Planet Earth! Magnolia Bakery's!!!

INGREDIENTS:

2 Boxes reduced fat Nilla Wafers, 1 stick reduced fat cream cheese

1 tub cool whip, 6-8 bananas, 14 ounces condensed milk- I use La Lechera ( It's AMAZING)

1 large Box Vanilla Pudding, 2 1/2 cups milk

DIRECTIONS:

1. Make pudding! ( Mix + your milk=let it cool in fridge) 

2. Mix cool whip, cream cheese, condensed milk

3. Add pudding to mix and stir everything together

4. Cut bananas and layer them with cookies on bottom layer

5. Add mixture to bottom layer

6. Make 2-3 more layers (as you wish)

7. Top with crumbled Nilla Wafers

8.Cool in fridge 1hr

9. Serve, Pig Out, Enjoy!!!
