The Greatest Daddy In The Candy Girl Land Teaching The Heiress To Candy Empire How To Properly Brush Her Teeth! Our Dentist & Pediatrician are so freakin' proud, we almost made them cry! Stop worrying party people, Our baby thinks Vegetables & Fruits are actually "Candy" & We Call actual Candy "Bad, Ca-Ca-Poo-Poo & flush it in the potty" All is good up in our candy coated casa & clearly we are pumping out baby geniuses like it's our
 J-O-B!!!! Lord Lollipop will be hear in just nine weeks! Can You believe it baby!!!!

I'll give you the message to this post before you even have to read the whole thing-Every single one of us has the opportunity to be who we want to be but you've got to make that happen for your- damn self and not expect some magical fairy to sprinkle glitter & magic dust on you!

After pulling a late night with the entire candy crew and sitting through what felt like the most "I can't believe this is actually happening to us " meeting, I sat in the car with one of my best friends David who has just returned from being away for 16 months traveling around the world to entertain people. - Dave's a Quadruple threat- singer, dancer, actor, model, brilliant human being & friend extraordinaire! We sat and talked about what else? LIFE! I cried, he cried, we cried and he showed me this video after hearing me say some things I've been saying my entire life and going to my insecure place.

You see, I've lived my whole life feeling like I didn't deserve good things and am working on realizing that I actually do and perhaps I always have. Let's just say, I have a long- complicated story and am a work in progress and I kinda have a feeling that many of you may relate to that too. 

Go be great- No More Crying in Candy Girl Land Damn-it, We're supposed to be perky, peppy & positively perfect all day long- (As-if life was that easy! C'mon- people like that make us all gag anyway and isn't being perfectly imperfect so much more relatable??? ) YES!

URGENT! We Need A Big Favor From All Of You Again! Please & Thank you!

Hi Guys,

Need another favor please and I am the type to NEVER ask but in this case I'm just going to tell you what  I need because, "Ask & You Shall Receive!" Whatever we've all been doing has been working so could you please continue to say a prayer and send your positive, healing vibes to my dad and his incredible team of Doctors & Surgeons at St. Josephs Medical Center who are helping my dad overcome his caner battle. He's got a 2nd surgery scheduled for next Tuesday. This pic of Georgie was taken about a month ago just before his 1st surgery to kick Cancer's Ass with his awesome team, Dr. Grace & Her Mom Leah who also happen to be some of my parents closest friends! He's super positive & fighting this thing like a champ! Thanks to all of you for caring about my family, even those of you who don't know us personally! Like I always say, human connections make the world go round and you've got to believe in something so much that it becomes a reality and we believe my dad is going to beat this Cancer!

This Fairytale is actually TRUE...

Once upon a time there was a little girl who had HUGE &  what some might even consider to be crazy dreams.  Actually, she dreamt of things that seemed quite silly to most but she knew that she had something very special along with an insane desire to succeed and provide a better life for her entire family! She never expected to be given a golden ticket rather, she wanted to work her ass off and not complain about it just like her parents did and lead her by example!  She hoped to teach all the little girls, big girls, young moms, old moms, soccer moms, single moms & the rest of the world that if you believe in yourself even while others may not, believe in your goals even if they seem un-reachable and do whatever it takes to achieve them, ANYTHING is possible for you, your family & those silly dreams of yours! Along with her team of unbelievably loving, loyal, fun, smart & super cute crew of boys, girls, babies, mom & dad & awesome (totally calm & normal) husband, supportive friends who are funny and perfectly inappropriate at all the right times, 2 stinky dogs and even facebook fans...They Started A Candy Revolution and now the next chapter in their journey has begun. Remember folks, " Riches don't respond to wishes, they respond to hard work & persistence!" Put people first and love like a lunatic and stuff will happen for you & your life just as it should. Every single one of us has the opportunity to do, be & become anything we want and as corny as that may sound- it's the truth however, most people give up at the first let down rather than forging ahead when things get tough. Embrace your failures, each and everyone of them because they are the gifts and lessons you need in order to achieve whatever it is your aiming for.  And whatever you believe in, just know that there is a big man up-stairs who knows exactly where your life will lead you and where you'll land because after-all, he's in control and he's got so much love for you, me and everyone else too. What's next on the list? Camp Candy Land which will be a place for kids to create, be kinda crazy and explore their talents... Why stop now when there is so much more we're capable of! All Work An NO play makes Candyland a dull place! We sunned our buns in Palm Springs Baby!!! Happy 4th Of July!

Hi-Ya Candy Family,

By the look of these photos you can probably already gather that there has been some sort of relaxation or an attempt at it in Candyland. You're right, I mean, you're kinda right. We headed to Palm Springs, home of golf and more golf, old Hollywood icons and casinos. The laptops, blackberry's and I-pads joined me at the resort pool everyday next to the Margaritas which I'm not allowed to even smell according to my husband. I really appreciated the "free wi-fi" which was not really "free". After-all, the cost was snuck into a daily resort fee and when you speak Espanol like we do and you make friends with the entire hotel staff and bring them massive candy filled gift baskets on arrival ( sucking up to the staff on arrival is a brilliant gesture and works every time!!!) they kinda spill the beans on how the joint is run and "accidentally"keep bringing you free Pina Colada's, extra pool toys for your baby and baskets of french fries for the pregnant wife who refuses to prance around in anything other than sweats with her nearly 5 month looking beach ball belly ( which is now tan so whatever) Ok- so maybe I did not wear sweats in the 118 DEGREE'S of sweat your balls of heat and I did wear a face full of make-up every day and lots of jewelry to compensate for the lack of sexy I've be feeling for what seems like 3 years but I'm constantly told that making babies is a sacrifice and you're supposed to feel like some type of beautiful water goddess who I'm sure is related to that other chick mother nature however, I've never seen things that way nor have I ever envisioned myself being any sort of goddess of anything. You see, I LIVE for my kid and she's our insanely delicious little ball of happiness who's made our lives a beautiful mess, I just can't seem to ever enjoy actually being pregnant when I just want to feel normal, not puke, not feel tired and  work my weird hours without anything bugging me! I'm so great-ful so stop thinking i'm not.

Our Vaca would not have been complete without a Cameo appearance from the rest of our candy family. Candy Girls Bree, Ashley & Cameron and their cute boyfriends all happened to be just minutes away sunning their perfectly toned bodies ( saying it with utter jealousy) at the condo pool. We met the kids for dinner at a Mexican place, sang with Mariachi's ( who were most likely distant relatives of mine), I watched everyone drink Margaritas in misery, a random middle aged man passed out and our Hero and Hubba Hubba Beefecake Joey ( a.k.a. Eye Candy Boy with giant juicy muscles and Bree's boyfriend) saved the day and called 911 and was ready to administer CPR if needed and I'm sure he would have carried him to safety too but he wasn't really in danger other than lying on the floor in the middle of a restaurant patio . What a freakin' hero and he's genuinely so sweet. Gag- he's so perfect! They are all so perfect damn-it! After dinner- we took the customary vaca pics in front of a fountain of fish spitting out water and all 9 of us crammed into the SUV, the kids were forced to watch Elmo Dvd's and sing " The Wheels on the bus"  to the baby when she started screaming and pulling out her hair bows. We made it back to their condo, they hopped out of the car in their youthful happiness & glow and skipped along their way back home in their  teeny tiny cut off shorts.  I love 'em and they know it and honestly- I'm so glad we were able to spend a little quality time together.

So that's our  lil' Vaca and I hope everyone had a fantastic 4th of July holiday and you all continue enjoying the rest of the summer. We're going to try and take trips more often because the truth is, All Work And No Play Makes Candyland a miserable place and we need all our positive energy in order to appropriately sign off with a Cart Wheel, High Kick into the Splitz!!!!
