When called in for a super last minute order for favorite gal, our beloved Mama Oprah Winfrey & Her Team at OWN- The Oprah Winfrey Network, we skipped & wiggled and bounced right into action! A large order of custom gift boxes filled with sweets & treats for the team included custom OWN cake pops, OWN caramel popcorn, Super -Mega Giant M&M Cookies & More... We wish all the hard working staff at OWN a fabulous friday & to my beloved candy crew.. JOB WELL DONE! Jessica & Cameron- you saved the day with your insanely sweet skills in about 24 hours my pretty babies!!

The TCA Press Tour & Our Custom Candy & Dessert Station for our friends at O.W.N- The New Oprah Winfrey Network

                           

Hi Party People!

Please forgive me, we've simply been so swamped ( Thank God) that it took a couple days to post this fabulous event which we created for America's most beloved Candy Girl, Ms. Oprah Winfrey. and our fabulous friends at O.W.N. The New Oprah Winfrey Network that launched on 1-1-11! . The event was held at the exquisite Langham Hotel's Horse Shoe Gardens In Pasadena, Ca and was the Red Carpet Cocktail Reception for the TCA press tour ( Television Critics Association). We could not have created this spectacular event without a very special collaboration with our dear friend who makes me laugh til it hurts and master floral designer to the Stars, Mr. Eddie Zaratsian of Tick Tock Couture Florals www.tictock.com who is quite honestly pure genius to a level that is unexplainable to most. A mini donut bar, custom candied popcorn & candy galore is how we made O.W.N. 's candy dreams come true. The evening was a great success and I would not have imagined it to have turned out any other way. Working with our friends at O.W.N. is always fabulously fun!

What can I possibly even say about the year we have had??? I am almost speechless and I am also the type of person who when overwhelmed with so much emotion, gratitude, happiness & hope.. I just cry. And I mean Cry! Like the ugly cry that almost looks painful! I am over-come with excitement to know that just a few hours after midnight my team and I will be getting an early morning glam -squad over-haul to join our friends at the O.W.N. for the launch of their new network! We will be sprinkling our sweetness all over LA on New Years Day and we are simply thrilled to to a part of such a historic moment for the woman who truly has been a mentor, a role model and an inspiration to me my entire life! When I was 7 years old my teacher asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up and I said, " A talk show host- like Oprah!" I had my own theme song, dance & everything! It was called "Just Jackie, Everyone Loves Jackie" ( Clearly, my mom worked hard to give me high self -esteem early on and some days it worked)  anyhow, I would tap dance to my own opening and I was a totally Chunktastic child with big rosy cheeks and wore lots of pony tails and weird outfits! Anyhow, my life's path has certainly been nothing close to what's considered, "the norm" and that works for me. Who knows what's in store for 2011but all I can say is the skies the limit for every single one of us! I think the catch in that statement is you've truly got to believe that in order to touch the sky or even get close to it. I'll be tuning in on New Years Day on Time Warner Channel 216. I already located my channel on www.Oprah.com. You should too! I am so excited to watch Season 25, Oprah Behind The Scenes & Ask Oprah's All Stars- I sat next to Dr. Oz & his wife once at a Bat Mitzvah and he's as lovely in person as he is on his show! I'm so happy for all our friends at O.W.N. and they have worked round the clock to ensure nothing less then Spectacularly Amazing!!! Happy New Year Everyone! Tune In!

Another Super Fun Summer Event for the Extraordinary staff at O.W.N - The Oprah Winfrey Network Los Angeles

Simply put,  it is truly a great privilege and tremendous honor to be working with the staff at OWN, The New Oprah Winfrey Network that will be launching on 1-1-11(We'll be watching). We have done a couple events this summer with this phenomenal group of kind & talented people and have loved every second of it. We are so thrilled when we are called upon to sweeten their days at OWN with our super fun & super yummy services. The latest and greatest event was a fun 20 ft long Vintage Circus Themed Snack Bar & Candy Station. We created a popcorn buffet with various flavors, cake- pops in chocolate, red velvet & lemon &  mini cupcake bites, a ton-o fun & nostalgic candy and topped it off with fresh cotton candy & circus peanuts! The staff was delighted and so much fun as always! We can't say enough about how special these events are for us. We look so forward to working with this awesome team and can't wait to see our friends at OWN again very soon!
