Duhhh.. of course it's impressive because Girls Kick Major Sparkly Entrepreneurial Ass & We pop out babies, make dinner, do laundry, pay bills, buy our own cars, can pay the tab at a fancy restaurant, buy our own bling and... keep our families together! Can A Candy Girl Getta' Amen Up In Here Tonight!

So Can We or Can't We Do It All???? Ummm.. This is an obvious Duhhhh Moment!

Tonight I heard someone insinuate that you can't possibly focus on your family & build a business and career at the same time. You've got to pick one or the other. Now, I may not know it all however, I do know that I totally DISAGREE! On the planet I live on, mommy's are doing this every single day and although we sometimes face very tough, heart wrenching moments with our kiddos and can be pulled in 100 directions all at the same time... WE CAN DO IT ALL! Obstacles only exist if you let them.

Night Friends.. I'd leave you with a high kick & splits but I'm honestly so dang pregnant right now, I'd most likely tip over & chip one of my un-manicured nails - GOD FORBID!

There is something very special to be said about the people in your life who believed in you even before you believed in yourself. ( In my opinion, these folks are Golden, keep them closest to you) The people who've always supported you and your adventures while others stood by severely rolling their eyes and anticipating you'd fail or couldn't handle seeing you actually succeeding on your own merit. There is something to be said about these people and I believe that something to be said is simple, Thanks for believing in me when I did not and for laughing, crying, freaking out and hyperventilating with me along the way... I always say, Sincerity in people reads so transparently and when it's real, you know it's real. So for all the other working girls like me and ladies of the night, like me ( We work parties- really late! Take your mind out of the gutter perv!) I believe in you and most likely, I don't even know you but it doesn't matter- sometimes it just takes one person to kick your ass into greatness.  Go be great! NO CRYING IN CANDY LAND! We've Got Mail & It Made Us Do The Ugly Cry.. Again

We've got mail and it's just so sweet that this one actually DID make us do the ugly cry..again. You see, I have a very small tight knit and incredibly (LOYAL)  team who assist me in creating candy magic and without them, we'd never get to see such heart-warming e-mails like this. I think wether you are one to admit it or not, most people need a little reassurance every now and then and when you receive emails from your clients like this below, it simply takes your breath away and makes you do a triple high five, booty bump, back-flip, 3 twirls and a skip all the way down the street to the ice cream truck! At this moment, simply so happy for making others so happy and feeling like were kinda awesome.  Just be very clear- life hasn't always been this way so once you start achieving moments like this, the key is to continue and get even better. Leave your ego's & negativity at the door and skies the limit baby!

Jackie – I am almost crying it is so GORGEOUS!!! Seriously, when the girls got together and envisioned this back in January I could never have imagined it would be so spectacular. You are the Picasso of sweets and as a person who goes to bed every night with Sugarplums dancing in her head this is just my version of heaven.

We Got Mail! OH Yes We do and it happens to be so sweet that we couldn't help ourselves... we had to brag and show it off to our Candy family. Whoever you are Kian Atkinson. THANKS BABY! Often times, we get emails and people say things like " I know you guys are probably so busy" or "I know you'll never reply to my email" or "Sorry to be annoying and ask but..." SERIOUSLY! You've got to not be afraid to express yourself in life and I guess since rejection is a huge fear amongst so many of us (Including ME, Majorly!) we tend to shy away from speaking our minds, saying how we feel or asking for something. One of the best pieces of advise my mom gave me, "ASK for things, if you don't, how is anyone ever going to know what you want or need!" So Damn Poetic and since it's almost mothers day, I Love you Ma! So enjoy Kian's email. He or She is Fabtastic and we'd love to help you out in any way we can, as long as it's humanly possibly and not some weirdo mc-weirdy pants request! Ha. Oh! And That quote at the end of your email is so right on, we had to Facebook status update ourselves with it!

Words of Inspi! How we Love Our Mama Oprah & The Life Lessons She Helps Us To Understand! Mom & Dad Helped Too Ya' Know!

So clearly we are not riding around in Limo's all day long but the truth is, people want to ride on other people's Awesome Trains all the time and expect some sort of Free Ticket to ride! Umm.. How about, NO! If you don't do the work, put in the time, learn from the failures and actually grow & learn a thing or two, then quite honestly, you shouldn't be in the limo. It's a good thing mom, dad & mama Oprah have taught us valuable life lesson's and explained them in ways we can understand. Who you surround yourself with says a lot about you and being able to identify those people who are authentically interested in you as a person are few and far in between. It's cool though, as far as this group of  candy girls goes, we'd take the bus, stand in the snow in flip flops and run over hot coals barefoot for each other. And I personally would,  catch a grenade for ya' throw my hand on a blade for ya', I'd jump in front of a train for ya', you know I'd do anything for ya'. Wait! Bruno Mars said that but it's lyrically genius! And knowing THAT is our reality, is a beautiful thing.

PS- Girls- I've just ordered annual buss passes for each one of us that we can puffy paint and bedazzle, just in case... Oh!! And don't worry, buses in Hollywood are actually really high-tech- kind of pimped out. Totally eco-friendly too and it's fun to ride next to the tourists!

I know that business's often utilize Social Media & Facebook to market & publicize themselves or their services but I also think that many of them forget to C-O-N-N-E-C-T and their only purpose is to Sell, Sell, Sell. We totally use these outlets to market and I get it, it's a tool however, I'm a big believer in human connections and as I've said before, they make this world go round. Today I took the time to thank a couple of these people and friend requested them in return. And Yes, I was totally thinking..
